      Remote work Company retreat Good coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      Unfair pay. Compensation is a problem at the company. You have people working the same role but one of them earning anywhere from 10k-25k more than them. When management and HR are asked they are unable to provide a clear answer as to why there are differences in pay for the same role and tenure.

We develop our compensation program through market-based research and are committed to paying our employees a salary that is market competitive. Individual compensation is based on a variety of factors which includes: employee's skills, experience, tenure, geographic location and performance.
