-Upper management allows middle management to treat their employees however they like with no check ins or accountability.
- My manger was the worst I’ve ever had, selfish, childish, and an HR nightmare. Gets away with being completing unprofessional and racist/sexist on a regular basis. Most people know this, yet nothing is done. Reports have been made and no action is taken. Person keeps getting promoted and moving up despite negative feedback and significant turnaround in the department.
-Different departments don’t keep each other in the loop and make last minute demands that are unreasonable, no support from management to rectify this.
-Work life balance is horrible. Management will take advantage and demand last minute travel on a regular basis. Trips back to back several times a month with little notice are normal. Most travel is the weekends with no comp time given. Not family friendly at all.
-There is limited growth opportunity due to bad management
-The CEO is not in touch with the needs of the everyday employee
-The company owns several brands that are basically the same and copy and pastes the same content and advertising across them. Clients haven’t all caught on yet, but they will.
