The company talks a BIG game when it comes to security, but it is just a facade to sell more services to the clients. Security practices are subpar at best here. ITS will sometimes deploy Windows Server for clients WITHOUT ever activating it and act like it's no big deal. ITS likes to "merge" and buy out competing MSPs, which makes ITS bigger. The issue is that we now have many different teams with segmented workflows and "micro-cultures" and it makes everything all the more confusing.
