Avantages

Salary was reasonable, they didn't breath over your shoulder as long as you were doing your job. Rest of the team was competent

Inconvénients

They laid me off for financial reasons (their words) with less than a day's notice. The job was mostly fine, but the offloading was done very poorly

Avantages

Very organized system in place. With trackers and data that most companies do not have in place for efficiency.

Inconvénients

Micromanagement causes for burn-out. Not transparent on pay rates and bonuses.
