Avantages
IntelliHARTx has had struggles like any start up company would but overall as a company they care about being successful and having valued employees. Yes, results matter. Yes they have expectations of employees. Show me a company still in business that doesn't. If people want a job to show up, kick back, and wait for the phone to ring, look somewhere else. This is a busy environment where you are expected to work. If you want to show up, give your best every day, be recognized for a job well done, have awesome coworkers and have fun, it might be the right fit for you.
Inconvénients
There has been management in the past that lives in a dream world. Some of the reviews are true. Some are pissed off people that were let go because they didn't want to work hard or did unethical things. Current management seems to have his head on straight and know how to be a leader without yelling at people. There is still room to improve and there is opportunities to get better but the leadership team seems to be getting better as time goes on.
