      Avantages

      Great benefits, flexible employer, management is accessible, the company does profit-sharing and is very employee-centered.

      Inconvénients

      The only con about IntelliGenesis is not the company's fault- when IG is the subcontractor on a project they must take their directives from the prime contract company. This may result in less flexibility sometimes but that is up to the prime's directives.

      Thank you for your feedback. It's important to us to offer challenging work across multiple programs. Sometimes we are the Prime and sometimes we are the teammate (subcontractor). We promise to continue growing to offer more Prime opportunities to enable even more flexibility in the future.

      Inconvénients

      I only had 4 months to learn and contribute, but I was able to learn so much in those short 4 months.
