Specifically, the firm serves as a carefully maintained shell entity, funneling multimillion-dollar federal funds through orchestrated pass-through schemes benefiting larger, hidden entities like Tria Federal and private equity firm Sagewind Capital. 2. Retaliation and Suppression Management openly engaged in severe whistleblower retaliation. Employees raising legitimate concerns around FAR violations, including myself, faced aggressive intimidation, isolation, and retaliatory termination tactics. The message from leadership was clear: ethics are expendable, whistleblowers disposable. 3. Compliance Theater Management invested heavily in superficial compliance efforts—performative gestures designed solely to satisfy regulators and maintain optics. Internally, however, compliance officers and reporting systems were weaponized to identify and neutralize employees attempting genuine reform. 4. Culture of Fear and Silence High-performing, ethical employees found themselves trapped in a toxic environment where speaking truth equated career suicide. Many talented individuals left quietly, frustrated by their inability to act against rampant corruption. 5.
