      Avantages

      Working at this company has been a really good experience. The work environment is friendly, and the management is supportive. I’ve learned a lot and gained valuable hands-on experience. The team culture is positive, and everyone is willing to help each other. It’s a great place to grow professionally and improve your skills.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes the workload can get a bit high during peak times, and there’s room for improvement in communication between teams. However, overall it’s a good place to work and grow.

      Inherited legacy apps of multinational bank technology

      Inconvénients

      1. Has deteriorated over last 6-8 years due to mismanagement. 2. Focused only on marketing with zero attention on operations or innovation. 3. Total lack of vision from top mgmt - Misplaced emphasis on design lab with no concrete / realistic plan to implement any product strategy other than throwing tech / buzz words to impress potential customers. 4. Product strategy relies on retaining innovative mindset (as against service oriented ), which was not maintained over the years resulting into losing key business clients.
