      Avantages

      Nothing. They have made a mockery of "social impact" sector. Even if they are able to hire good talent, they are not able to retain them.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is the real problem here. Highly incompetent, hierarchical and method less. Strategies get formed on the fly and changed as easily. High level of casualness. Only fit for those who are able to suck up to the higher management and the promoter. Not a place for you if you have more than 5 years experience.

      Team members are supportive. It is growing organization

      Inconvénients

      Poor culture. Favouritism exist No growth. No trainings. High attrition that affects other team members with over load of work

      The company has a positive working environment with supportive colleagues.

      Inconvénients

      No cons as such. The experience will be positive if one is diligent and practices clear communication with colleagues to avoid missing important deadlines.
