Avantages
Good company, awesome people, workplace was progressive, fun events, focus on employees was good, the atmosphere was light and the morale was great.
Inconvénients
The parent company has issues making decisions that were business based, the CEO had the right ideas but they neglected to to see the vision or look at the bigger picture. Occasionally, one bad apple would spoil the bunch and there would be some damage control.
