I have worked at this company for almost 5 years, and my overall experience has been positive. From a learning and growth perspective, the work is both challenging and rewarding. If you are serious about working hard and putting in consistent effort, there are good opportunities to develop your skills.
The projects are also quite good, offering meaningful exposure and hands-on experience. Overall, it is a great place for individuals who are motivated to learn and take on challenging work.
Inconvénients
The biggest concern is the management, which I found to be very poor. Instead of supporting employees, there is a lack of proper leadership and direction. If you are looking for long-term growth and a healthy work environment, this may not be the right place.
At times, it feels like employee efforts are not valued, and the overall experience can negatively impact your career if you are not careful in planning your next steps.
