Avantages
Good benefits and salary can be around industry average rate for a position At one time they had a lot of long term employees and a good culture That has definitely slipped
Inconvénients
Training on the products that they sell is basically near non-existent which puts a lot of pressure on employees. Too many direct reports link in to some managers, which makes people basically become a number and any managerial support needed is ignored or viewed as an annoyance. Managers have no interest in what the company is selling and servicing from manufacturers lines that they sell which means any requests for training is not understood or DOA. Customers can take the time to be more attuned to a product than the company which doesn't make the employee or the company look good
