      Poor, disorganized and under experienced executive leadership. Unaffordable medical benefits. No retirement plan. No company team building events or outings.

      Avantages

      Very underrating when it comes to taking time off. They pay well when you work on a holiday.

      Inconvénients

      I went from working days two nights with no increase in pay and I have been with the company for four years and I’m still making the same amount. I was the day they hired me.

      Remote work . Little to no micro managing . Decent pay

      Inconvénients

      Growing company going thru some changes so lack of stranded policies and procedures.....raises have not kept up with inflation
