Malicious management is much more the rule than the exception at Integral Care, per my experience and what I witnessed happening to colleagues. Bullying by supervisors is rampant. A cheaper-by-the-dozen ethos permeates this place. Clients were regularly referred to as "numbers." And your "numbers" are often under scrutiny and outside of your control, no matter how much professional effort you put in. One could work at Exxon Mobil for quadruple the pay and perhaps face less day-to-day mistreatment. I recommend not working here if you respect yourself enough not to be demeaned regularly.
