      Avantages

      Integra is an innovative company that provides its employees with the tools and resources they need to accomplish their goals. It’s a motivating and encouraging place to work overall.

      Inconvénients

      We’ve gone through some changes over the years. Some of them were more difficult to deal with than others. The main takeaway is that we’ve adapted since then, and most of the problems we’ve dealt with in the past have been eradicated.

      Working here is challenging but rewarding.

      Inconvénients

      There’s a lot of pressure to perform at an exceedingly high level, which has honestly done wonders for my productivity, even though it took some time for me to adjust to their standards.

      Avantages

      Very low turnover within the company, most employees have an extensive work history with the company and products. More than just another job, this company has great opportunities for someone who is consistently improving and learning. It has the benefits of having 75+ employees, but still feels like a small company.

      Inconvénients

      If you are just looking to punch a clock and not take any personal responsibility, this is probably not the right fit.
