      I work at Integra Communications Ltd because of their good management and very nice friendly environment.

      Inconvénients

      At Integra there is no pension skim and Provident fund.

      Avantages

      There is no other opportunity. Present economic condition of Bangladesh is not good.

      Inconvénients

      Strategic decisions, huge profit, no co-ordination with partners, every partners are very much busy with their own business.
