      An commited senior management team that "gets it", disciplined focused fiscal management, signature opportunity to be the market leader in defining the e-waste industry.

      Inconvénients

      Employee compensation and benefits (401k match) have been frozen for most for almost 3 years. Some members of senior management playing into the politics maneuvering with wannabe "ladder climbers".
