      Avantages

      There is nothing in pros.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of politics. Old and deprecated technology. No career growth. They talk about transparency but it is just myth. Lake of professional. They did not follow their own policy. They decided in which project you are going to work weather you want it or not. Every hr related stuff is organised after working hours. We have to attend it after working hours. Long working hours. Around 9.5 hours. So it will become 10 hours easily. Each and everything deducted from the CTC. company provides nothing.

      Avantages

      They had their own product and services, which are the best to work on, and also they are certified as the best place to work, and so they are.

      Inconvénients

      As a fresher, I haven't noticed any cons.
