      Avantages

      1) Work Environment is good as compared to other IT companies in Gujarat. 2) Leave policy is best. 3) No problem in WFH since pandemic 4) Can stay with company permamently. 5) Salary is high. compared to others.

      Inconvénients

      1) No growth in new technologies 2) Dependent on one big shipping/port client. 3) 9 .5 hours fix working time. 4) Working on outdated tech stack.

      Avantages

      They had their own product and services, which are the best to work on, and also they are certified as the best place to work, and so they are.

      Inconvénients

      As a fresher, I haven't noticed any cons.
