During my 45-days of employment, the company has demonstrated keen interest in the well-being of their employees thus far. What I am enjoying is the hybrid work environment which contributes to healthy work-life balance. They offer an excellent benefits package with minimal cost and out of pocket expenses. They offer staff with various events and time off during the year in addition to their fabulous PTO package. I like the distinctiveness and diverse workforce as well as the opportunity to use your experience and creativity to work within your role independently demonstrating trust in my ability to accomplish my job with minimal supervision. Furthermore, the company hosts periodic internal staff meetings and company information sessions to bring staff to date on company happenings and informed of other departments and role they play.
Inconvénients
Within 45-days cons are currently limited to speak on. However, because everyone is on a different hybrid schedule the office is not at full capacity with staff and, therefore, you don't get the full experience as it pertains to the company's culture. Therefore, it is important to establish internal working relationships, networks and attend internally hosted company staff meetings to facilitate on this regard in an effort to feel and sense the full picture of the company.
