      Avantages

      The company makes you feel at home and there's plenty of friendly coworkers. Easy place to get along in.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is terrible for the work. Most projects will have you back-to-back with calls, dealing with angry customers. Mind-numbing and the salary doesn't keep up. I could recommend this position if the pay was higher.

      Avantages

      The managers are some of best I have ever had. When you need help they are always willing to step up and help.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes mandatory overtime is inconvenient.
