There is a massive problem with some members of staff that have been a part of RSA for over 10 years, not all members but most. There is a drive to understand the high staff turnover and RSA Lifers are the reason. They start at the company from a young age and they never leave, this means they have no idea how to work in a professional environment due to how friendly they become with each other. They are ultimately hostile to anyone that joins the company with previous experience. If you want to be repeatedly spoken down to and belittled on team calls by someone who is less qualified than you then this is the place.
