Avantages
I started at Belair 6 years ago and this is my third role. There are lots of opportunities for growth and development at Intact group of companies. Even though my first role didn't require insurance knowledge, I was encouraged by my manager to explore CIP courses. I am currently on my eighth of ten courses to get my CIP certificate. The company pays for the courses and I will receive a bonus upon completion. Because of the opportunities for growth and development at Intact, I have become more of a risk taker which has positively impacted my life and career. Intact is diverse and inclusive. One of my favourite event is Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Week. I have found a 'home away from home' at Intact.
Inconvénients
It would be helpful if they had a 'skills matching' program. Sometimes employees don't necessarily want to stay in their current role, and need some guidance as to where is the 'best fit'.
