      Avantages

      Salary is the only aspect that is OK since it's a start-up and would require people to join.

      Inconvénients

      Totally unprofessional organization. No good clients, hardly any active projects most importantly uncertainty of jobs and the company future. It's not suitable for even fresher's so experienced professionals don't even think of applying for any opportunities here. I would be glad if at all it stabilizes itself and reduces undue politics.

      Inconvénients

      Not worth a single star due to unprofessional practices and failure to honor employee commitments., Hiring commitments were not honored. No formal offer letter was provided despite multiple requests, and promised benefits such as salary structure, PF, and health insurance were not implemented. Freshers should be cautious. After resignation, pending dues were not cleared and a relieving letter was not issued.

      1.Nothing is done as mentioned in offer letter.(salary, PF, health insurance) 2.Freshers be aware, they are the easy target. 3.After resignation they will not clear the pending due or give relieving letter. 4.They are open to take if you dont want salary.
