      Avantages

      Insurance Engine provides a lot of opportunity for growth, straight forward, CEO is very intelligent and business oriented, Gives great work advice and lead the team as a leader (Not a Boss)

      Inconvénients

      They won't micro manage so if you're looking for someone to hold your hand and babysit this is not the job for you

      Avantages

      There is a real sense of community here that I have not seen at any other company. Everyone cares for everyone else and actively works to support each other towards achieving personal & company goals. There is a lot of work to be done (as with any growing company) but the work is very interesting and the quality of the staff is top-notch

      Inconvénients

      Not very many... If any at all.

      Avantages

      Want to be challenged? Want to test your limits? This is the place to do it. There's no rules. Complete chaos. Little managerial over site...Not for the timid, weak, or corporate cubicle dweller.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, low pay, clients can be a challenge to educate. Competitors are cut throat. Margins are low.
