      Inconvénients

      With multiple programs, flexible hours, and individualized supports, operational efficiency can be challenging at times but the team is dedicated to that goal.

      None. My experience working here was consistently miserable.

      Inconvénients

      - Management expects employees to guess what is needed instead of communicating clearly - Leadership frequently makes poor decisions due to a lack of accountability and short-term thinking - Decisions are inconsistent and create ongoing confusion and frustration - Support for employees is virtually nonexistent despite heavy workloads - Work demands are relentless, with little to no assistance provided - Pay is extremely low compared to the workload required - The benefits are minimal and not competitive - Employees are consistently undervalued and overworked
