      Avantages

      The team makes the working environment - it has been bad in the past but currently, it's great!

      Inconvénients

      Certain managers/directors expect you to work overtime and outside the contracted hours if they can get away with it and ask for things done on the same day often. The same is not followed when it comes to reimbursement of extra hours worked or expenses.

      Lovely colleagues, nice offices, free parking

      Inconvénients

      Only in the business for money. Do not care about their staff or customers. Have no idea how to manage buildings, train/support staff and blatantly flout legislation.

      - No teamwork/ support - Unrealistic workload - No salary review/ increase - Unfair and evident favouritism - Management lack basic human compassion - No offer of progression (you have to prove why you should remain employed) - Below the average wage for the job
