      Avantages

      Everyone else wants to quit too, and seemingly everyone else is quitting. The 3rd best structured product company to work for in Delray Beach.

      Inconvénients

      Literally everything, culture, compensation, benefits, advancement opportunities. Honestly, cannot think of anything good to say about this company. They act like they do you a favor by even paying you -- while simultaneously the senior managers have heavily inflated salaries and add no value to any directives.

      InspereX makes an effort to have their office and remote enviroments feel like 'One InspereX family'. This includes transparency between Corporate, Sales & Trading, Technology and other backend departments.

      Inconvénients

      Merger of Incapital and 280CapMkts in 2021 was a rough transition, with cultural & workflow issues merging teams, management and platforms.
