      Avantages

      InspereX makes an effort to have their office and remote enviroments feel like 'One InspereX family'. This includes transparency between Corporate, Sales & Trading, Technology and other backend departments.

      Inconvénients

      Merger of Incapital and 280CapMkts in 2021 was a rough transition, with cultural & workflow issues merging teams, management and platforms.

      Avantages

      CEO knows what he's doing. Came in and aligned accounting with decision-making.

      Inconvénients

      At the time (which was earlier than Glassdoor allows --2015), they were going through the pains of restructuring, which is the only reason I left.
