Avantages
$16/hr (before YOU take taxes out since you're an Independent contractor) but you at least have an income and they seem fairly flexible.
Inconvénients
I was an employee...for two weeks. They lose "clients" a lot apparently which means they will "reduce labor" most likely a good amount of time. It's ecommerce, setting appointments, but the recruiter and your boss don't tell you anything and there's not real training that happens. It all seems very unprofessional, especially the scripts you have to read when cold calling. The scripts are soooo jumbled and horrible. You sound like a telemarketer instead of a professional sales person who is calling to help a business. Plus I cant even find reviews on glassdoor from.other employees...seems like this new company is gonna go down before it can ever make it up. DON'T WORK HERE, oh and my recruiter/boss said I didn't have to worry about losing my job....guess they have to lie too.
