Avantages
Insite is a place filled with many nice, bright, interesting people, and interacting with co-workers is always a pleasure. I have been with Insite for less than a year, but it's easy to tell how much care goes into the product, and making sure customers expectations are met, or even exceeded. Might be a con to some, but no one has an office, even the CEO! It's great because it really makes it feel like everyone is treated as equals. It's not an open office, and sound levels are generally low. Health insurance and PTO benefits are very good. I have already learned a lot working here, and can't wait to see what the future brings.
Inconvénients
The biggest downside is commuting. It's about a half hour drive most days, which I don't mind. There is no dedicated employee parking, so really the only options are to pay for parking at one of the ABC ramps which is not cheap. Bus is roughly half the cost, but then nearly double the commute time.
