      Caring doctors, managers and staff. Every is friendly and tries their best. Mission statement is repeated everyday.

      Afternoons can get busy with all the phone calls and patients coming in after work/school

      4 day work week with 40 hours Friendly staff Cohesive Team Making a big difference in patients lives every day

      Can be very busy, and that means we are helping lots of patients :)

      Avantages

      The doctors are genuinely great doctors with a lot of passion for what they do. The vision therapy department is wonderful.

      Inconvénients

      Place is run incredibly poorly. No HR. Racist, ableist, and homophobic speech between coworkers allowed with no repercussions. Lots of in-fighting between coworkers so there is no sense of trust.
