- Management was very unprofessional and they play favoritism. If they don't like you, you will definitely know it. - Confidentiality: Nothing is confidential, your whole team or division will know about it and will feel like you're an outcast. - Coerced to go to happy hour: Happy hours or team bondings happen very often, and if you don't attend, they will reprimand you and deem that you're not "fitting in with the group" - Every who is hired is straight out of college and have never worked a day in their life. Work environment is very catty, talk about their drama, and if you don't discuss what's going on in your life personally, you won't fit in. If you don't get up from your desk to talk and socialize, you will be reprimanded or deemed that you don't fit in. - Work hours were long for low pay. when starting out as an R1 you make around 34K but they expect you to hit metrics and get to your desk no later than 7 or 7:30 but work and host interviews during after hours. If you don't hit your metrics, management will reprimand you and blame it on your productivity. - Pushes mental health but their management says otherwise
