      Good looking people. Possibility to make good friends who are stuck in the same miserable situation you will be stuck in by accepting this job.

      Inconvénients

      Superficial unprofessional company, "managed" by 23-28 year olds with communication degrees and no management experience or education, No lateral movement what so ever less. Attrition in the company is INSANE. 95% of the people that work here quit or are forced to quit within 6 months. Extremely misleading as they force employees to write positive reviews on sites like glassdoor and others.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
