      I have enjoyed every bit of my Insight Global experience! From the positive, uplifting people, to the challenging, fast-paced environment, this job was a perfect fit for me right after college. Insight Global offers a perfect opportunity for growth and constantly challenges you to be better-which is the reason I enjoy coming to work every morning!

      Inconvénients

      Personally, I have not encountered any cons! This is a very results based job so, if you are ready to work hard then you’ll love it! :)

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
