      Avantages

      I couldn't ask for a better place to work. The whole company is so upbeat and positive, and everyone genuinely cares about what they do. There is unlimited growth and possibility in the company that does not happen many other places.

      Inconvénients

      No cons! Everyone works really hard but they make it very fun, exciting, and rewarding.

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
