      Avantages

      The people here are the reason why we are the fastest growing IT staffing firm period. We have the "do whatever it takes" mentality and that is what separates us from our competition. The relationships we build with our clients and contractors are unparalleled to other staffing firms. Lastly, the opportunity for growth is amazing. You are the only one responsible for your potential and growth! I wholeheartedly reccomend our company!

      Inconvénients

      This job is not for everyone. You have to be outgoing, have a sales mentality and want to build relationships with our clients in order to be successful here.

      Avantages

      Fast hiring process, responsive contacts, easy to follow process and documentation and the usual optional benefits for a contractual employee and they do have an option for 401k after a 3 months of employment.

      Inconvénients

      None that I can think of. I have never missed a paycheck from them.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
