      Avantages

      InsightGlobal takes care of their employees and makes sure that we are supported by the company and happy with our client. They compensate their employees appropriately.

      Inconvénients

      I am not near an InsightGlobal office so I do not know upper management and have never met my supervisors in person.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
