      None that I can think of

      Inconvénients

      The account reps and recruiters were like boiler room sales people. They only hire attractive women to recruit and it's a total churn and burn mentality, zero relationship building. My rep at Walgreens didn't even know who I was when I passed her in the hall and said hi one day a few months into my contract. I'm now with CVS and another much more professional recruiting firm. And guess what? Insight Global lost their contract with CVS for unprofessional behavior.

      Company has great relationships with employers to keep contractors in longer term contracts.

      Inconvénients

      Wish 401k match was better, especially for long term contractors.

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
