      Inconvénients

      Insight global was my first employer after graduating. While I learned a lot here, the culture was very competitive, and I experienced harsh language from my senior level co-workers. Teams are pushed very hard to crush goals, but making sacrifices, ie staying late to work and giving up vacation time were seen as ideal behavior and celebrated.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
