Avantages
Amazing culture, so many teammates willing to help and want you to succeed. Office was state of the art. Lots of great benefits to being in the sales organization. Events with partners and prizes. Clients were great to work with really was relationship based.
Inconvénients
Low base salary and even maxing up on the AE career growth road map it’s still not very competitive. Lacked some purpose in my sales region. Leadership wasn’t very engaged the way it was when I got hired.
