      Avantages

      Good benefits and a well adopted and consistent set of values that are evident in the way individuals are treated. Insight is undergoing a transformation into a services-led organisation and is investing heavily in these aspects of the business. While not there yet, it is on the journey and it is an exciting time to join in a services focused role, to have your voice heard, and to contribute ideas.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes frustrating when trying to get the simple stuff done. Also the ability to sell the value of services and people is sometimes lacking with some areas, with a lack of maturity and a horizon of opportunity that can’t seem to focus beyond the current quarter, rather than 2-3 quarters ahead, as is often needed when trying to propose larger solutions.

      Thanks for your feedback, we couldn’t agree more that our Services organization has really seen additional investments and we have seen amazing results because of those investments. We couldn’t do it without all or our teammates, in sales, pre-sales, and our back office administrative roles and we continue to recognize them all through our formal recognize tool.       Avantages

      I can say that i really have a great manager. I'm on contract work, have been for 8 years. Our manager always lets us know how contracts are going. When the renewal talks are happening and when things get signed. You are kept in the loop. Its comforting and supportive. If a contract isn't renewed our manager is already on the hunt for a new opportunity for work. You feel the Heart and commitment to employees. Our work/life balance is great. Opportunities for training and skills are always available. The pay is good. Life is good.

      Inconvénients

      I think my only con would be better options for insurance, but overall compared to other friends, our insurance is decent.

      Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
