Avantages

You get to sometimes work with passionate people

Inconvénients

Low wages, strict clock-in policies, boys club, little upwards mobility, owners don't interact with employees, lack of care for employees both front of house (retail) and behind the scenes (cultivation), a lot of cannabis grown by cultivation gets wholesaled and white labeled so employees barley get to see the fruits of their labor; also, Insa buys flower from other grows and labels it as Insa... also union busters.

Avantages

The pay was higher than average compared to other medical dispensaries.

Inconvénients

Low hours. Management is a group of friends, so if they don't like you then you're out of luck. Managers get over 60k a year, while everyone else is below 30k. You do all of the work and the managers get all of the credit. They make you feel bad about not hitting sales goals, but the company fired their whole marketing team and refused to rehire and then expect the average floor employee to go out of their way to tell the community about INSA. On top of this, their base prices are insane compared to other companies. They've been doing up to 50% off on most of their products for well over a year now and it's still not even a decent price. The company is failing. One of the final straws for me was when black history month came around, the company didn't acknowledge it, but when pride month came around, the ceo's sent out a 2 page letter out to everyone explaining how important the LGBtQ community is. I don't have any quarrel with that community, but it was clear to me that Pete and Pat (CEO's) do not care about their black employees as much as they do their LGBTQ employees. Sad world we live in.
