      Avantages

      L'un des meilleurs endroits pour faire de la recherche en France. Excellent endroit pour travailler. Personnes intelligentes. Beaucoup de moyens pour faire de la recherche. Bonne atmosphère. Gestion du temps flexible.

      Inconvénients

      Il est très dur d'obtenir une position permanente. En fonction de votre superviseur, vous pouvez avoir beaucoup de pression pour les publications.

      Avantages

      Good work-life balance with 45 days of holiday and 2 days of home office per week. Good working and research climate.

      Inconvénients

      Lower salary than in an industry job. It is difficult to get permanent contracts. The maximum time as a postdoc is 6 years.
