      Avantages

      - great collective -technologically advanced -great vision and important moral mission - nearly no hierarchy - team-structured- every person has a lot of responsibility and is given a lot of trust which feels great and fosters greater progress -the CEO and founding team are very transparent with all data about company

      Inconvénients

      - cannot say anything bad, only that perhaps this may not be for people who are used to classical hierarchically structured work setting and those who cannot work independently
