Avantages
The best thing about interning here is the people. It's definitely a high performance team, but there's zero ego. I was never afraid to ask a "stupid" question, which was a huge relief. Everyone, from the seniors to the managers, is incredibly patient and willing to mentor you. They genuinely want you to learn and succeed. It's a super encouraging environment to grow in, especially when you're just starting out your career.
Look, if you're a student who actually wants to learn and not just get a certificate for your resume, this is the place. Forget internships where you just watch other people work. Here, you'll be pushed to learn and contribute from day one. It's challenging, and they expect you to be passionate, but it's 100% worth it. You'll come out of this with actual skills that matter. The team treats you with respect and invests real time in you. Seriously, don't waste your time anywhere else.
Inconvénients
The bar is incredibly high. Being surrounded by smart people is great, but it can be intimidating. There's a constant (but unspoken) pressure to be learning and performing at a high level, which might not be for everyone.
