Unorganized company that doesn't seem to care about their employees - Avis employé Physical Scientist Innovim

-Management is very unorganized and uninterested in getting to know their employees. Oftentimes supervisors were late to meetings or did not show up. Several of my coworkers were given the wrong details about their position. -Several items were wrong during the hiring process and misleading. -The company gave us less than a 2 week notice that we will be switching companies and had to burn all comp time, switch insurances, new hire paperwork, etc.
