      Avantages

      3 day work week, work 36 get paid for 40 for 2nd shift and weekend shift. Overtime available. Floor manager was a machinist who moved up in the company, Brian has been a great guy to work with and the company itself, as a whole, has been good to me.

      Inconvénients

      I have zero issues with this company and I've been here almost a year now.

      Benefits are decent and 4-10 workweek

      Inconvénients

      Management does not care about employees at all and will tell you you're disposable.
