Avantages

ILS offers a great team and a fun, cutting edge environment. The owners are involved in the day-to-day operations and care very much about the well-being of the employees and the business. We have fun employee celebration events and owners/management promote a family culture. Great benefits and flexible work environment.

Inconvénients

No issues at ILS that are not present at other companies, it is a great place to work.

Avantages

Used to be a fun place to work. Previously fun conversations and caring management. Not much to brag about now

Inconvénients

Management are now friends and family of owners. You have no one to go to for problems anymore. It's a bully environment. You upset one manager and you are now an enemy of them all. Including owners! Nepotism is rampant. Come in when they want, leave when they want. Work from home whenever. Every Friday or Monday? Why not! It's horrible! Owners don't care and you feel like a minion. Keep your head down and expect nothing, then you will be fine. Managers don't go by any of the rules you have to follow. They will fire anyone that makes feathers ruffle. Lost a lot of good workers just because they made one of them upset. This is no way to keep a company united.
