We strongly reject your claims. We issued Appointment and appraisal letter to you and full and final settlement is based on your last appraisal accepted by you. Please clear your points against your appointment and appraisal letter, which terms we didn’t fulfilled and which terms you didn’t fulfilled. Also note that as per your accepted terms and conditions with our company , you were not eligible for Experience and Relieving letter , Still we issued the same in good faith as per your Commitment and written and signed assurance from your side on the office copy of your relieving letter. You had assured for giving future support of projects as mentioned in the letter for further 4 Months whenever necessary, as you had not given the mandatory notice period and project Handover. After receiving the Experience and Relieving Certificate, You didn’t attended our call or responded to our requests for support. Later you started blackmailing us and tried illegally to access our clients data.
